Thank you for opening this survey. Please answer as many of the questions below as you feel comfortable doing. The more information you provide us with, the more information Ben and the Deacons will have as they plan the way forward. Your answers will only be seen by Ben and the Deacons and will be deleted after 1 month at the latest. Thanks again and God bless.
What have you found most difficult about lockdown? (Doesn't have to be Church related)
How often would you like to receive pastoral contact?
How would you prefer to be contacted?
We will not be able to meet for services in the building until September 2020 at the earliest. The current government guidelines allow people (including those shielding) to meet outside in socially distanced groups of 6 or less. These groups would be held in the Manse Garden or other gardens owned by members.
Would you feel happy to attend one of these meetings?
Do you have a garden which could be made available for such meetings?
If you are able to provide a garden, please let us know if there is any specific information you need to let us know before any meetings occur.
Once cafes re-open. Would you feel comfortable to meet with others from the Church in that setting?
If you have any alternative suggestions for ways to meet, then please write these below:
What do you miss about Church life?
We tend to find certain features of Church life contribute in a greater or lesser way to our spiritual wellbeing. Please select the three items below that are most important to your spiritual life.
Not including an item in your top 3 does not suggest that it has no value. This is merely a way of discerning which aspects of the Christian life will be most helpful to the life of our congregation at this current time.
If there is something else which is important to your spiritual life and is part of what we do as a Church then please include this in the box below.
What has God taught you during lockdown?
How might we apply what God has taught you to our Church life after lockdown?
